HR Transformation

easyA provides the right staff, at the right time for all kinds of business transformation projects. When approached by an innovative financial services institution recently to help with a HR Team restructure, easyA was able to provide an Information Designer at short notice to help centralise an entire team to handle a number of HR processes.

Working closely with Subject Matter Experts, easyA’s Information Designer was able to produce a high-level process map, then design and develop a step by step guide for each process which included Performance Management in Probation, Formal Performance Management, Informal Performance Management and Investigations.

Engaging a contractor through easyA to centralise the team and create new processes, meant the client’s HR business partners were then free to focus their time and energy on the strategic priorities of the business units they support.
