This leadership is essential to enable teams to succeed in uncertain business environments as we prepare for a \u2018new normal\u2019. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some of the key skills, tactics, and strategies organisations can take to adapt to this situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Establish <strong>clear communication strategies<\/strong> with your team and all other stakeholders \u2013 both internal and external. Discrete and inefficient communication will hurt now more than before. Clear and efficient communication increases trust. <\/li><li><strong>Build an effective messaging framework<\/strong> throughout the organisation using various channels.<\/li><li>Ensure that all team members are on the same page, by <strong>explaining the business priorities<\/strong> and how would they impact the long-term goals of the business. <\/li><li><strong>Assign clear performance expectations<\/strong> to avoid losing focus and momentum.<\/li><li><strong>Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration<\/strong> by increasing engagement and communication frequency. <\/li><li><strong>Be available for your team members<\/strong> to answer their questions and offer support when needed, so they know they\u2019re not alone in this. <\/li><li><strong>Don\u2019t look at the past as a comparison scale<\/strong>.
